Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program sets out conditions that must be met by an employer seeking approval to hire international graduates and skilled workers:
1) employer must have active business in the last three years;
2) the business premises must be located in Ontario where the international graduate or skilled worker will work;
3) the employer must have complied with the provincial labour laws such as employment standards and health and safety standards;
4) if in GTA, the employer must have a minimum of $1 million gross annual revenue and five permanent full-time employee or if outside of GTA, minimum of $500,000 gross annual revenue and three full-time employees.
For each condition, documentation must be provided with the application to establish the fulfilment of the same.
