Restrain Depletion of Property and Preservation of Property

Section 12 and 40 of the Family Law Act states the law on the issue of depletion of property and preservation of property. Recently, the Superior Court of Ontario rendered a decision on this issue and decided that the respondent’s delay in production of disclosure and disregard for court orders gave way to an order against him.
