A foreign worker may become eligible for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program by meeting the following criteria:
1) have an approved permanent, full-time (1,560 hours/year) job offer in a highly skilled occupation, that is, NOC 0, A or B;
2) have a job offer with a pay of the prevailing wage levels of such job in Ontario;
3) have two years of relevant work experience in the last five years, or the relevant mandatory licensing in Ontario for a regulated occupation, and
4) reside, work or study in Canada on a valid work permit, study permit or visitor record.
