The Superior Court made a decision on the issue of enforceability of an order from British Columbia in Ontario. The court decided that the B.C. court order was enforceable in Ontario, however, a violation thereof will only be considered to be a contempt from the date on which Ontario’s court recognized its jurisdiction.
