Pension Income and Overpayment of Support

In the Wright and Lavoie decision, the court dealt with a payor who was receiving pension. The court ruled that the parties relationship of 22 years and the need of the recipient justified an order for continued support. However, since there was an overpayment of support, support payments were halted for s few months.
