In the recent Massicotte v. Massicotte decision the moving party was seeking an interim order for spousal support. The court looked at the evidence produced by the parties for their respective positions and ruled that parties needed to provide up-to-date information for a court to make a ruling on this issue. Similarly, parties seeking to obtain relief from court must provide up-to-date information.
