Stacey Cline, a mother, wife, teacher and education consultant, encourages parents to involve children in voting. She took her daughters, who are six and 10 years old, to vote at the advance polls. She states that she explained her children the voting process and took them to the privacy screen with her. She also marked the ballot with them and put the ballot in the box with them.
Will such efforts encourage children to vote when they come of age? Will this bring more adults to exercising their right to vote?
